1st and 2nd were creating some wonderful Autumnal artwork today to celebrate the season of Autumn. Rang a haon agus a dó were studying fractions today and really enjoyed using concrete materials to investigate how to divide up amounts using fractions. Rang a haon agus a dó went on an exciting Spring Treasure Hunt using their senses. Can you tell the signs of Spring from these photographs? Rang a haon agus a dó really enjoyed the book 'The Dot' by Peter Reynolds. Here is some wonderful art work that we did based on Vashti's journey of self discovery that all began because of one little dot!     We are learning all about the Vikings for our Spring Term.   Mr Leonard, First & Second class spent the last month making rockets in class. Today they set them off in the yard. Great fun was had by all , although Mr Leonard may have got a little wet!
