As part of our application for the Blue Star Flag, Maria Walsh MEP for Midlands/North West will visit the school tomorrow , Friday March 11th,  to meet with the pupils and answer questions about Europe and the European Parliament.

Engineer Week 2022 takes place this week nationwide. There are lots of workshops lined up in school for all classes. Tuesday, 3rd - 6th class take part in a workshop called 'For our Forces' The children will find out just how strong jelly sweets are. 1st & 2nd will take part in this session on Thursday.
5th & 6th class have a workshop called' Science Star Wars' on Wed March 9th.

Happy World Book Day to everyone! Today we celebrated World Book Day by dressing up. Junior and Senior Infants got on the story train to Lanesboro Library, where they were treated to some wonderful stories by Penny the Ladybird Lady.
